Has the London property crash finally begun?

More and more reports are now starting to indicate that house prices are starting to fall once again across the UK.

London seem to escape the short correction of 2009 and in some areas prices actully tarted to climb, but the laws of the market look like that have finally got the better of the London property market as more properties come onto the market at the same time as buyers dry up and also now that the pound has stabilized it's less likely that foreign buyers will be buying London properties at the same rate as they did before.
